  My Signature Sculpting Lymphatic Facial is a bespoke treatment combining the art of manual lymphatic drainage with Brazilian lymphatic sculpting techniques, designed to encourage lymphatic flow, reduce the appearance of puffiness and leave your face looking fresher, more defined and beautifully sculpted.

  Using a combination of gentle, rhythmic lymphatic movements and more targeted sculpting techniques, the treatment works to encourage the movement of excess fluid, ease facial tension and enhance your natural contours.

  Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on areas such as the cheeks, jawline, under-eye area and neck, helping to create a more refined, refreshed appearance while offering a deeply relaxing experience.

• The Power Lift - 30 minutes | Intensive lifting & sculpting facial

  The Power Lift is an intensive, results-focused facial combining deep, targeted facial massage, lifting and sculpting techniques, tension release and microcurrent technology.

  Designed to work on facial muscles, release areas of tightness and create a more sculpted, lifted-looking appearance, this treatment is all about powerful hands-on techniques combined with technology.

  Unlike my 60-minute Sculpting Lymphatic Facial, The Power Lift is short, focused and intensive.

  My Signature Sculpting Buccal Facial is a bespoke treatment combining external facial sculpting with intraoral buccal massage to release tension, encourage circulation and enhance your natural facial contours.

  Using a blend of intuitive massage techniques, lymphatic movements and targeted buccal work inside the mouth, the treatment focuses on areas such as the cheeks, jawline, lips and lower face. Buccal massage helps to access deeper layers of tension that cannot be reached through external massage alone, making it especially beneficial for those who hold tension in the jaw or grind their teeth.

• Deep Clean Steam Facial - 60 min - My Signature Sculpting deep cleansing facial is a deeply cleansing and sculpting treatment designed to refresh the skin, release facial tension and enhance your natural contours.

  The treatment begins with a thorough cleanse, followed by gentle steam to soften the skin, open the pores and prepare the face for extractions. Carefully performed extractions help remove congestion, impurities and build-up, leaving the skin feeling clearer, smoother and more refined.

  A deeply relaxing facial massage follows, combining sculpting techniques with buccal massage inside the mouth (if required) This unique approach works both externally and internally to release tension through the cheeks, jaw and lower face, while helping to define and lift the appearance of the facial contours.

• Menopause Skin Facial - 60 min - A bespoke facial designed specifically for menopausal skin, helping to lift and support the appearance of tired, dull skin while restoring a fresh, healthy-looking glow.

  This treatment combines deeply nourishing skincare with tailored sculpting massage techniques to encourage circulation, ease facial tension and enhance the appearance of your natural facial structure. Each treatment is adapted to your skin’s individual needs, helping to address dryness, dehydration, loss of firmness and a lacklustre complexion.
  

  Buccal massage may be included where appropriate, offering targeted support to the deeper facial muscles and helping to release tension around the jaw, cheeks and mouth. It is only used when required and forms part of a completely personalised treatment.

Combining soothing facial massage, calming lymphatic techniques and pregnancy-safe skincare, this bespoke facial helps to reduce the appearance of puffiness, ease facial tension and leave your skin looking fresh, radiant and beautifully cared for.

  Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs and stage of pregnancy, focusing on comfort, relaxation and the changing needs of your skin. Gentle techniques are used to encourage circulation and lymphatic flow, while nourishing products help to hydrate, soothe and support a healthy-looking complexion.

• TMJ Bruxism Massage - 30/60/90 min - A facial to help TMJ & Bruxism. This treatment melts tension from the masseter, jawline and temples — the muscles that hold your stress, your clenching, your grinding. Through slow sculpting strokes, intra-oral release, and lymphatic drainage, your jaw learns a new pattern: soften, unclench, exhale Perfect for: Jaw pain or tightness, Teeth grinding, Headaches, Puffiness around the cheeks, Stress-held tension. • TeenSkin Facial - 45/60 min - The facial is specifically for teenagers skin, aiming to reduce congestion. breakouts and calm any sensitivity, all whilst improving the overall condition of the skin.

• Full Body Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage 60/90 min - A sculpting and invigorating full-body treatment using Brazilian lymphatic techniques. Using firm massage, wood-therapy tools, and fascia-release methods, this treatment helps contour the body, stimulately-lymphatic flow and reduce bloating
• C-Section Recovery Massage - 30 min - A targeted treatment designed to support healing and reduce scar -tissue restrictions following a C-section. Using specialized gentle massage techniques. This session helps release tension, support gut function, enhance mobility, and improve overall health. 
• Abdominal Massage - 30 min - Targeted manual work to release the diaphragm, stimulate the gut, and clear stagnant lymph. Helps reduce bloating, support detoxification, improve digestion and create a naturally flatter, softer abdomen.
• G5 Massage Machine - This can be added into your lymphatic drainage massage session or you can book a 45 minute session separately. G5 massage can be a fantastic tool for boosting circulation, supporting lymphatic flow, reducing fluid retention, and helping skin look smoother and more toned. Realistic results come from consistency, movement, hydration, and a healthy lifestyle—not one treatment alone - a course of six is recommended.
